I’ve been described by some as a stickler for organisation, a detail geek, a perfectionist. Others see me as creative… candid… a serial workaholic. I was once criticised for being ‘pedantic about detail’. Why is that a negative? My clients see it as one of my greatest strengths!
I don’t ‘do’ half-hearted, it’s not in my nature. I’m fascinated by people. I thoroughly enjoy working with all of our clients – from the fast-paced challenges set by our entrepreneurial clients to chatting with our elderly clients over a cuppa. Life is always varied and never dull!
As a small business owner, I know that our clients need us to deliver high quality work, on time and at a cost efficient rate. I also understand that flexibility is key, which is why our clients can use us as and when they need us.
I originally set up this business due to a gap in my own personal and business life when I desperately needed a helping hand. It progressed from there and a new service to help the over 80’s to remain independent and in their own homes was added – a slightly different slant on the lifestyle management service that we already offered.
During 14 years of working for a major corporate bank, I became experienced in Project Management, Credit Control, Marketing, and Customer Service. Prior to that I worked for a large financial services company for 4 years. The experience and skills I gained were invaluable and put me in a great position to launch this business.
